About Us

A non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for the rights, well being, and empowerment of domestic workers. The organization strives to create a world where domestic workers are respected, recognized, and treated with dignity by ensuring fair working conditions, access to resources, minimum wages, written job contracts, ending violence against domestic workers, and providing legal protections.

Vision

To enhance public awareness of the rights of women and girls employed in domestic workers activity. To empower women and girls in domestic work to understand their rights and protect themselves against acts of violence and abuse.

Mission

To provide education and raise awareness within community about the protection of the rights of women and girls working as domestic workers in Tanzania Pwani region.
