Stawi Lab (meaning Flourish Lab in English) is a movement-building initiative dedicated to strengthening youth-led organizations, 70% of which are led by young women, to build an inclusive and sustainable ecosystem that advances the rights of girls and women in Tanzania.

We act as a catalyst for change, helping organizations embark on a journey of finding their true potential by organizing events, workshops, and mentorship programs that discuss critical issues and more that support and empower them to follow their dreams.

Stawi Lab takes a holistic approach that integrates:

• Unrestricted seed grants

Through this model, Stawi Lab equips the next generation of changemakers with the resources, trust, and solidarity they need to lead transformative work—with a particular focus on adolescent girls and young women.
